• Upon full payment, clients receive rights to the final project deliverables.

• Studio Velweb retains the right to showcase work in portfolios, case studies, and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed.

• All pre-existing tools, code, or frameworks remain the property of Studio Velweb.

We respect client confidentiality and will not disclose project details or sensitive information without consent, except as required by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Studio Velweb is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.

• While we take reasonable measures, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted website performance, security, or third-party service reliability (such as hosting or social platforms).

8. Revisions & Modifications

• Project agreements define the number of revisions included. Additional revisions or scope changes may incur extra charges.

• Studio Velweb reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Fees for completed work up to termination will remain payable.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in courts located in Ahmedabad.
